oneGB can be installed on various end devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets, laptops) that are either the property of Groz-Beckert or are your own private mobile end devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops). You can also use the platform on a browser.

Open the app and click on “Forgot password”. This will take you to the password management screen where you can reset your password. Please make sure that you also change your Windows login password.

You will find the “Change password” feature via the password management tab under “Services”. Please make sure that, when changing your password, you also change your Windows login password.

To do so, open your profile and click on the settings symbol in the top right. Here you can activate or deactivate push notifications that will inform you of important news via the app.

You will find a symbol titled “Channels” under the “Services” tab. Here you can set which channels you would like to subscribe to. Your news stream will automatically display news from channels you subscribe to.

Yes, that is possible. Go to “Services” and open the “Vacation log” tab. Here you will find an overview of all available, planned, and already taken vacation days.

You can view your current total work time via the “Time balance” tab under “Services”. Your personal upper and lower hourly limits are also stored here. Your available, planned, and taken work time account days (WTA days) are also displayed here.
